3-axles tank superstructures

The optimal addition to our vehicle fleet at the upper end. With tank volumes ranging from 18,000 to approx. 23,000 litres, we offer you a wide spectrum of possible solutions. In addition to the classical supplying major customers and inventories, the three-axle tank truck superstructure is increasingly used as a large-volume distribution vehicle. An optimal addition to the three-axle distribution traffic range is the four-axle tank truck superstructure with a volume up to 30,000 litres.

Equipment

Meter Box

The meter box sets itself apart with its well thought-out functional design.

The standardized, logical construction of the meter box provides for a clear and user-friendly arrangement of all control elements. At the same time RAL-Gütegemeinschaft (Quality Assurance Association) requirements for trusted measurement technique are fulfilled.

The optimal addition is the Esterer-SEALBOX. In the Esterer-SEALBOX all relevant instrumentation control valves are centrally mounted and sealed, at the same time optimal service accessibility is provided.

The Esterer meter box system is optimally complemented by a unique-to-the-market door seal together with a perfectly fitting swinging door. Together these elements provide for an optimum meter box seal.

Design

The design of a road tanker is the mineral oil company's business card: unmistakable optics together with high recognition value. A balanced arrangement of the individual elements of a tanker and the harmonious integration of technical components are the central challenges of road tanker design. Together with the renowned design studio Budde Industrie Design, Esterer worked out a modern functional design that meets this challenge. At the same time proven Esterer features were chosen and optimized. With a new aesthetic profile, Esterer tankers bring together state-of-the-art technology and the highest degree of functionality. A technical concept where design follows function. The result: optimized handling and faster, simplified operation. This concept applies to the dome tub, side profile, meter box and lighting.

Esterer tankers stand for individual corporate identity and the highest capability. As market leader, Esterer feels obligated to live up to this claim.

Esterer. We are unique.

Dome

The newly updated dome trim is not only unique in appearance, it also has many technical improvements. The dome trim integrates new floodlighting, fuel vapour recovery and all electrical and pneumatic lines. Fuel vapour recovery and all lines are optimally positioned, protected against external influences and easily reached. The integration in the dome trim therefore provides more safety, creates additional room and uses less material.

Floodlights

Part of the new design is the development of optimized floodlights. The new floodlights are seamlessly integrated into the dome trim and meet all market demands. The floodlighting provides proper illumination of the work area and its surroundings when the vehicle is in use for long periods as well as during the short days of the winter months. Optimal illumination is provided without blinding.
